If I'm in the market for a fan to cool my computer's CPU, I would go for the Ebmpapst Fan K3G280-AU11-C3 over the Noctua NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap. This fan has a higher maximum speed of 2400 RPM, which means it can provide better cooling performance and more efficient heat dissipation. However, I would need to keep in mind that the fan might be louder due to its higher speed.
