Y.S.TECH Fan FD128020HBI were looking to replace the cooling fan in my personal computer tower, I would consider both the Ebmpapst Fan K3G280-AU11-C3 and the Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM. Both fans offer similar features and performance, but I would choose the Ebmpapst fan due to its higher maximum airflow of 2,750 CFM.
