Overall very satified although I had expected a new shaft with the order, I was able to salvage the older one. I assume that this was an oversight which was my fault. In any case the retrofit worked perfectly and I am pleased to have the furnace back in operation before winter! Your customer service was excellent by the way, something which I very much appreciate and is sorely lacking in many businesses.
