APW7302B is a 2A synchronous buck converter with inte-grated power MOSFETs. The APW7302B design with acurrent-mode control scheme, can convert wide inputvoltage of 4.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustablefrom 0.92V to 20V to provide excellent output voltageregulation.The APW7302B is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWMmode operation. At light load, the IC operates in the PFMmode to reduce the switching losses. At heavy load, theIC works in PWM.The APW7302B is also equipped with Power-on-reset,soft- start, and whole protections (over-temperature, andcurrent-limit) into a single package.This device, available SOP-8P, provides a very compactsystem solution external components and PCB area.
