APW8805A is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 75mW high side and 55mW low side power
MOSFETs. The APW8805A, design with a current-mode
control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to
6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 6V to
provide excellent output voltage regulation.
The APW8805A is equipped with force PWM mode
opeation.
The APW8805A is also equipped with Power-on-reset,
soft-start, soft-stop, and whole protections (under-voltage,
over-voltage, over-temperature and current-limit) into a
single package.
This device, available TDFN3x3-10, provides a very compact system solution external components and PCB area.
