Offline Payment
Offline payments are divided into two types: TT Payment and Western Union Payment.
TT Payment
We support transferring the order amount to our bank account through international remittance. Please note the following:
Remittance Fees
You are responsible for any fees incurred when using TT remittance. When filling out the remittance form, please check "OUR" in column 71A.
Refund Fees
In the case of refunds, we will be responsible for any associated processing fees, and we do not charge any fees to you, except in some cases where refunds are due to your reasons.
Global Collection Accounts
We have global collection accounts with multiple banks, including Citibank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Community Federal Savings Bank, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, etc.
Western Union Payment
Western Union Remittance Payment:
You can choose to complete payment through Western Union remittance, but ensure that the payment price falls within the daily limit.
