We offer free shipping services for products you purchase at O&Kmarts, with the following exceptions:

1. Products not eligible for free shipping: Compressors, all pump-related items, and products weighing over 21kg (including package).

2. Some remote countries and regions are not eligible for free shipping.



For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, we will charge a shipping fee, which may vary depending on the country/region (courier services may not be available in some countries or regions). We will calculate the shipping fee based on your selected shipping address. If the selected country/region does not match the detailed address, we will charge the shipping fee based on the detailed address and reserve the right to request the shipping fee difference resulting from the variance in the selected country/region and shipping address. You can view the exact shipping fee amount on the checkout page or order confirmation page.

Please note that the above information is our standard shipping policy. Specific shipping policies may vary based on product types, ongoing promotions, or other factors.
