Delivery confirmation
For orders shipped via courier/air delivery, the order status will change to "To Be Received" once the products are dispatched from the warehouse. If you do not confirm receipt within 15 days, the system will automatically mark the order as "Completed".
As for orders shipped via sea freight, the period for receipt is extended to 60 days. This means that orders will be automatically marked as "Completed" 60 days after dispatch.
