How to return products?
Log in to your O&Kmarts account.
Go to the "My Orders" section, and you will see your recent orders here. Click the desired order to view the details. At the bottom, click the "Returns and Exchanges" button, and proceed to submit the request. After the return request is approved, you can contact the logistics supplier for pickup, or drop off the package at the courier point (please ensure that the products are well-packaged to avoid damage during transportation, otherwise it may affect the refund).
