11 precautions for the installation of modular air conditioning units

Pay attention to the following 11 precautions when installing the combined air conditioning unit:

1. The unit should be placed on a large mud boss with a height of 50-100 mm, and a space of one meter away from the wall should be left. The boss plane should be flat and level. Various functional sections should be connected by bolts. It is sealed with foamed polyethylene to prevent air leakage.

　　2. The unit is generally transported in sections. For the unit larger than ZK60A, it is transported in loose parts and assembled on site. The unit itself has a foot channel steel with a height of 100mm.

3. Before installing the combined air-conditioning unit, take out the product manual and packing list for verification, and check the integrity of all parts, wipe all parts clean, apply lubricating grease, and check the flexibility of rotating parts such as air valves and fans .

　　4. Drainage ditch should be reserved around the surface cold section for the discharge of condensate water. A water seal bend should be set at the condensate water outlet, and the water seal height should be 80-100mm.

　　 5. When installing, apply sealant (or other fillers) to the joints of the framework to prevent air leakage.

　　6. ​​The inlet and outlet water pipes must be equipped with valves outside the unit to adjust the flow rate and cut off the cold (hot) water source during maintenance.

　　7. When the humidification section is selected for the unit, the inlet pipe of the humidification section should be equipped with a valve, and the inlet water pressure should be basically constant.

　　 8. The weight of the air duct and water pipe connected to the unit shall not be borne by the unit.

　　 9. Before installing each insulation wall, check whether the rotation direction of the fan impeller is correct.

　　10. After the unit is fully installed, it should be tested. It should not be started with the air valve fully opened to avoid excessive starting current and burn the motor. 8 hours of operation without abnormal phenomena is qualified.

　　11. The unit should be well grounded.
