　　The oil or water in the compressed air will cause shrinkage, pinholes, bubbles, pitting and other quality defects. Shrinkage is one of the taboos of the spraying process. It not only affects the appearance quality of the coating film, but also the bottom of the shrinkage will destroy the integrity of the coating film, and it cannot be eliminated by ordinary polishing and polishing methods. And once the shrinkage phenomenon occurs, it is difficult to find the cause and eliminate it in a short time, and it will also cause the production to fail to proceed normally. If the electrophoresis tank is contaminated and causes shrinkage, even if the source of contamination is found and eliminated in time, it may take several weeks or months.

　　 During spraying construction, the pressure of compressed air should not fluctuate greatly and must be controlled within a certain range. If the air pressure is too low, the paint liquid will be insufficiently atomized and the paint film will be uneven; and when the air pressure is too high, although the paint liquid will be atomized well, the paint mist will be too fast and the paint loss will increase. When sprayed on the uncured paint film, it is easy to produce paint film defects such as pits and small bubbles.
