Application rate of air conditioning fans and how to clean and maintain

The air-conditioning fan is a new type, energy-saving, high efficiency, variable speed, low noise centrifugal fan. This type of fan has a compact structure, easy installation, small volume, large air volume, high pressure and low vibration. It is equipped with three-phase voltage regulation The device or frequency converter can implement stepless speed regulation. It is especially suitable for ventilating and ventilating places with strict noise requirements and large air volume changes. It is an ideal supporting product for air conditioning and purification industries.

The split air conditioner is mainly composed of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit is responsible for cooling or heating, and the indoor unit is responsible for transporting cold air or hot air to the indoor, and transports the indoor hot air or cold air to the outdoor through pipes to achieve the effect of cooling or warming. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor from the compressor enters the condenser through the high-pressure hose; because the temperature outside the vehicle is lower than the temperature of the refrigerant entering the condenser, with the help of the condensation fan, most of the heat of the refrigerant flowing in the condenser It is taken away by the air outside the car, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is condensed into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. When this high-temperature and high-pressure liquid flows through the throttle expansion valve, due to the throttling effect, the volume suddenly becomes larger and the pressure is reduced, and the mist-like liquid that becomes low pressure and low temperature enters the evaporator and vaporizes at a constant pressure, because the refrigerant vaporizes in the tube The temperature is lower than the circulating air in the car outside the evaporator tube, so it can absorb the heat in the air outside the tube, thereby reducing the temperature of the air flowing through the evaporator, resulting in a cooling effect, and the vaporized refrigerant vapor is compressed The machine sucks and compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, completing a refrigeration system cycle. Air-conditioning fans can be divided into three types: centrifugal, cross-flow and axial.

1. Centrifugal type: The air in the air conditioner fan is subjected to centrifugal force to produce a vacuum in the center of the impeller. After the intake air is turned 90° at the entrance of the impeller, it enters the flow path formed by the blades, and the kinetic energy and pressure energy are obtained under the action of the blades. . The airflow thrown out of the blade tract enters the volute, and after concentration and diversion, it is discharged from the air outlet.

2. Cross-flow type: Also known as a cross-flow fan, the airflow enters the cascade radially from the opening of the impeller, passes through the interior of the impeller, and is discharged into the volute from the other cascade to form a working airflow.

3. Axial flow type: The air flow in the air conditioner fan flows axially in the impeller.

Air conditioning fan cleaning and maintenance

1. The fan coil should be cleaned regularly. After the fan coil is used for a period of time, dust and germs will accumulate on the fins and impeller. When the dust reaches a certain thickness, the heat dissipation effect of the fins will be affected, resulting in the room temperature not meeting the requirements. In addition, if the fan coil is long-term Without cleaning, it is easy to breed a variety of germs, causing diseases on the human respiratory tract. When the coil fan unit is activated for the first time in summer, the cold water temperature should be controlled to gradually reduce to the designed water temperature to avoid the sudden flow of cold water with lower temperature, which will cause dew condensation and dripping on the cabinet and the inlet and outlet. When the coil is found to have leakage due to frost cracking or corrosion, it should be repaired in time using gas welding.

2. Regularly clean the air filter. The replacement cycle is determined by the environment of the unit, daily working hours and usage conditions. When the unit is working continuously, the air filter should be cleaned once every half a month and replaced once a year.

3. The fan blades of the unit's fan will adhere to a lot of dust during long-term operation, affecting the working efficiency of the fan. Therefore, when obvious dust appears on the fan blades, it should be removed with compressed air in time.

4. Clean the drip tray of the unit. Generally, it should be cleaned before summer use every year, and the unit can be cleaned again after 3 months of continuous cooling operation.

5. Due to the cooling and heating switching of the unit, air will enter the pipeline to generate rust and accumulate in the pipeline. After the water supply starts, it will be washed down and brought to the coil inlet and valve, causing blockage. Therefore, before using the unit, use the bypass pipeline to flush the supply and return water pipelines, bring the rust residue into the return water tank, and then try to remove it. During the operation of the unit, it is necessary to check the insulation of pipes and valves at any time to prevent the insulation layer from breaking.
