1.Booting and preparation before booting

The following points should be paid attention to after the normal operation of the refrigeration system: First, listen to whether the equipment is running abnormally; second, see whether the temperature in the warehouse drops; third, whether the cold and heat of the suction and exhaust are distinct, and whether the condenser cooling effect is normal .

   Three, ventilation and defrost

   Fruits and vegetables will release some gas during storage, and accumulation to a certain extent will cause physiological disorders of the collection, deterioration of quality and taste. Therefore, it is necessary to ventilate frequently during use, and generally should be done in the morning when the temperature is lower. In addition, the evaporator will form a layer of frost after the cold storage is used for a period of time. If it is not removed in time, it will affect the cooling effect. When defrosting, cover the collection in the storage and use a broom to clean the frost.

   1. For the evaporator of the air-cooled machine: always check the defrosting situation, whether the defrosting is effective in time, will affect the refrigeration effect and cause the liquid back of the refrigeration system.

  2. Frequently observe the compressor's operating status and check its exhaust temperature. During seasonal operation, pay special attention to the system's operating status, and adjust the system's liquid supply and condensation temperature in time.

  3. Running the unit: Always observe the oil level and return of the compressor and the cleanliness of the oil. If the oil is dirty or the oil level drops, solve it in time to avoid poor lubrication.

  4. Listen carefully to the running sound of the compressor, cooling tower, water pump or condenser fan, and deal with any abnormalities in time. At the same time, check the vibration of the compressor, exhaust pipe and foot.

  5. Maintenance of the compressor: The internal cleanliness of the system is poor at the initial stage. The refrigerating oil and filter drier should be replaced after 30 days of operation, and then replaced after half a year of operation (depending on the actual situation). For systems with higher cleanliness, the refrigerating oil and filter drier must be replaced after half a year of operation, depending on the situation in the future.
