1. Water leakage (first determine the location of the water leakage)
1. The pump leaks (causes: the shaft seal at the water pump is not well connected or the shaft seal has been damaged)
Solution: do not change the shaft seal, directly change the pump
2, the water tank leaks (cause: trachoma appears in the welding position of the water tank or it is used for a long time)
Solution: Pull back to the manufacturer to re-weld the leaking location
3, ball valve, diverter (cause: ball valve, diverter leakage)
Solution: Replace the ball valve and diverter
4. The connection position of the horn of the tube (cause: water leakage at the same horn connection position)
Solution: disassemble and re-fire the bell mouth, reinstall
5. The position of the float ball is leaking (cause: the float ball has fallen or the position of the float ball is incorrectly adjusted)
Solution: reinstall the float and adjust the position of the float
2. No refrigeration (causes: system leakage of refrigerant, broken compressor, broken computer board, overload)
1. System leakage of refrigerant (check method: first look at the low pressure gauge, whether there is pressure or no pressure, indicating the type of refrigerant leakage)
Solution: Check for leaks and make up for leaks, check that there is no copper pipe connection, and see where the snow is leaking
2. The compressor is broken (compressor failure will also be displayed) (check method: use a clamp meter to clamp the three wires of the compressor to get the working current, if the three are different, the preliminary judgment is that the compressor is broken; the current of the 5HP compressor is 9A -10A current is normal, otherwise it is abnormal)
Solution: Replace the compressor
3, the computer board is broken (the temperature displayed on the computer board is abnormal, or does not match the actual temperature)
Solution: Replace the computer board
4, overload (the temperature cannot reach the predetermined effect during the use of the chiller, or the temperature does not drop, but will rise)
Solution: It means that the power of the optional chiller is not large enough, and it may be necessary to replace a larger chiller to set the required temperature
Three, the chiller reports a low pressure failure
1. The system leaks refrigerant (check the low pressure gauge first, whether there is pressure, if there is no pressure or the pressure is low, it means the type of refrigerant leakage)
Solution: Check the leakage and repair the leakage, check each copper pipe connection, and see where the snow is leaking
2, the pressure controller is broken
Solution: Check whether the pressure controller can be reset, if it cannot be reset, replace the pressure controller
3, the computer board is broken (there are no other problems, it may be a low voltage failure caused by a computer program error)
Solution: Replace the computer board and re-adjust the parameters
4. The filter is blocked (one side of the filter and capillary tube is lower, and the temperature on the other side will not change, indicating that the filter is blocked)
Solution: Replace the filter
Fourth, high-pressure alarm (turn on the high-pressure meter, if it keeps rising, a high-pressure alarm will appear)
Generally, it is not a manufacturer’s problem, but the customer’s problem can be solved from the following
1. Is the water in the water tower turned on? Is the cooling water path unobstructed?
2. Will the water quality of the water tower be very good? If you have used it for more than half a year without checking the blisters, you need to clean the water monitor
4. If it is air-cooled, clean the condenser if it is worn out
5. If none of the above points can solve the problem, it may be a problem with the pressure controller and the computer board. You need to replace the pressure controller or the computer board.
