   11.1. Welding requirements: When the refrigerant pipe is welded, it must be continuously filled with nitrogen gas, and the airflow size should be controlled appropriately.

   11.2. The place where the nitrogen gas filling hose is inserted into the copper pipe port must be wrapped so as not to leak.

   11.3. The path of nitrogen charging must be reasonable, there must be only one outlet, and the nitrogen must flow through the welding point of the pipe where it is welded.

  12. Refrigerant pipeline connection method: When connecting two refrigerant pipes of equal pipe diameter, the expansion pipe must be used to ensure the welding quality.

   12.1. Purpose: Expanding pipe processing is to enlarge the pipe mouth and insert the copper pipe instead of straight-through, which can reduce solder joints. Ensure the welding quality of the refrigerant pipeline.

   12.2. Key points: The connecting part of the expanded tube must be kept smooth and flat; after cutting the tube, remove the burrs inside the nozzle.

   12.3. Operation method: insert the expansion head of the expander into the tube to expand the tube, turn the copper tube to a small angle after the expansion is completed, and trim the expansion head to leave a straight line mark.

  13. Bell mouth: When the refrigerant pipe is connected to the pipe joint, the refrigerant pipe mouth must use a professional flaring tool to ensure the quality of the flaring and prevent the interface from leaking.

  13.1. Use a flaring device to expand the bell mouth. The pipe mouth should be flat and free of burrs, and the bell mouth should be free of deformation and cracks.

   13.2. When connecting with the pipe joint, first connect the bell mouth to the pipe joint, tighten it by hand, and then use two adjustable wrenches to tighten it at the same time.
