Danfoss "H" series high temperature/air conditioning compressor Hello everyone, today I will introduce you to Danfoss' high-temperature compressors.
The refrigeration capacity of this series of scroll compressors ranges from 2 to 10 tons, and can be used in parallel. The compressor is divided into three platforms-household, small business and light business. Other features include: two frequencies, 450 kinds of codes.
Application field • Household air conditioner • Ground source heat pump • Rooftop machine • Complete air conditioning system • Unit unit/split unit unit • Swimming pool heater
Naming convention
Refrigerant and oil
PVE oil has better lubrication performance than POE oil after long-term use 1. Better lubrication performance; reduce compressor parts wear (~20%) 2. Reduce the generation of oil sludge 3. Reduce acidification/deterioration 4. Better compatibility with additives and enhanced lubrication performance Better water resistance 1. Water absorption similar to POE 2. But the possibility of chemical reaction with water is much smaller (not react with water, the water in the system is easier to remove) Good compatibility with refrigerant
Application range and technical parameters
R22/R410A – U-shaped motor, optimized for 7.2/37.8°c
The above parameters are based on ARI operating conditions Refrigerant path
Oil path
Exhaust holes can prevent air resistance from occurring in the oil circuit due to refrigerant flow. And the oil is pumped to the top of the crankshaft, • Most of the oil will be used to lubricate the scroll bearing • Partly entered the fuel injection system • The oil is returned through the horizontal hole in the bearing bracket, which drains the oil into the drain pipe • Oil is discharged along both sides of the motor's casing, but in the case of low flow, it will be discharged onto the motor protector • Oil is collected in the oil sump.
