In addition, the check valve at the outlet of the water pump cannot be opened, and the spool of the gate valve falls off, which will cause the interruption of the cooling water. When this kind of accident occurs, because the condenser loses the cooling water source, the high-pressure gas discharged by the compressor cannot be condensed into liquid, so the condensing pressure will rise sharply, and the condensing pressure will increase in a very short time (about 1 to 2 minutes) Exceeding the specified value will cause the pressure controller to act and cut off the compressor power supply. If the pressure controller fails, the safety valve will trip. If the safety valve also fails, the consequences will be unimaginable. Therefore, the consequences caused by the sudden cooling water interruption are more serious and more dangerous than the consequences caused by the sudden power failure and the safety valve take-off.

　　 Comparing the two accidents, the sudden loss of cooling water and the sudden power failure, their phenomena are obviously different. When there is a sudden power failure, the computer room suddenly becomes quiet, and the operator will respond immediately and deal with the accident in time. When the cooling water is suddenly cut off, because the compressors and other equipment are still running, the sound changes in the machine room are not too obvious. The operator's response will be slow or no response at all. When the pressure controller acts to cut off the compressor power supply, or the safety valve The best time to deal with the accident has been lost by reacting to the jump. Therefore, an audible and visual alarm device for sudden cooling water interruption should be installed in the duty room or computer room, and protection devices such as a water flow switch should be installed in the cooling water system.

　　 When the accident of sudden cooling water interruption occurs, and the safety valve is not handled in time, the emergency shutdown should be carried out immediately when the safety valve is taken off. The shutdown procedure is carried out according to the shutdown procedure of the safety valve. If there is an audible and visual alarm when the cooling water is suddenly stopped, or the sound changes in the machine room due to the cooling water pump stopping, an emergency shutdown should be performed immediately.
