The purpose of the multi-line central air-conditioning design is to deal with excess heat and to provide a comfortable living environment. The heat that causes discomfort to the human body mainly includes: heat introduced through the enclosure structure, solar radiation heat entering through external windows, human body heat dissipation, lighting heat dissipation, heat dissipation from other internal heat sources such as equipment, food or material Heat dissipation, heat brought in by penetrating air, and latent heat generated by various moisture dissipation processes. The purpose of central air-conditioning is to remove the heat that causes indoor heating and discomfort for the human body. This heat is related to the structure of the house and the performance of the equipment, but what factors should we consider when replacing it in the design?
1. The geographical location of the project
The temperature in spring is changeable, the temperature in autumn drops sharply, the winter is cold and the summer is very hot, the severe cold period is short, and the summer heat period is long
2. Room orientation
The load of the westward room should be increased appropriately (cooling load: West>East>South>North)
Three, the height of the house
If the storey height is more than 5 meters and empty, the load needs to consider the additional height (1 meter increase 20w/m2)
Fourth, the heat gain of the building
The inner area generally has 10-20w/m less load than the outer area room, the basement generally has 15-20w/m less load than the outer area room, and the top floor generally increases 20-30w/m2
5. Whether to consider heat exchange in winter
When there is a demand for heating in winter, a unit with EVI function is recommended
6. Multi-line central air-conditioning system pipe length
The pipeline is too long, consider the pipe length correction, increase the unit load
Seven, super ratio
When over configuration, the load is not less than the normal value
8. Remote indoor unit distance
The most remote indoor unit close to the pipe length application requirement, increasing the unit load.
