Insufficient refrigerant
Insufficient refrigerant is more common. The first thing to check in daily inspection is refrigerant problem. There are many reasons for the lack of refrigerant. Simply put, there is a small amount of leakage in the air-conditioning system, which is manifested by the obvious low pressure on both sides of the high and low sides. In order to find the leak, after finding the leaking part, it is usually solved by replacing the new part. One thing to note here is that the refrigerant itself also has a certain loss, plus a slight leakage, many cars will have the problem of not cooling the air conditioner in 2 to 3 years.
Too much refrigerant
Since the lack of refrigerant will cause no cooling, what happens if there is too much refrigerant? Here you can tell the car owner very responsibly that too much refrigerant will cause the air conditioner to not be cool. Simply understand that there is too much refrigerant, and the pressure on both sides of the system is high, which results in the refrigerant not being able to freely change its form (that is, the process of absorbing heat and releasing heat), and the air conditioner is even more cool. In this case, part of the refrigerant can be discharged from the low pressure side.

The role of the condenser in the system is to dissipate heat, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the compressor dissipates heat into a low-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant. Once the condenser has a problem, the entire system is out of balance, and the pressure on both sides of the system is equal. Is high, causing the air conditioner to be not cool. A common phenomenon is that the condenser is dirty and causes poor heat dissipation, just clean it.
There is air in the refrigeration system
The presence of air in the refrigeration system will cause high pressure on both sides of the high and low pressures and form air resistance. If there are many fast-moving bubbles at the observation hole when the air conditioner is operating, it may be caused by the air inside the system. The detection method is to vacuum check the system leakage, check the drying tank, and refill the refrigerant.
There is water in the refrigerant
There should be no water in the refrigerant of the air conditioner, because water will inhibit the reaction effect of the refrigerant (refrigeration). The desiccant of some car drying cans will change color according to the amount of moisture in order to check and repair. If the air conditioner fails due to excessive moisture in the refrigerant, the drying tank should be replaced and the refrigerant should be re-evacuated.

The blower at the evaporator box is a gateway of the air conditioning system. When the blower does not rotate or the speed is insufficient, it will cause the evaporator box to frost and the air output is insufficient. At this time, check the blower after checking the relay and resistance of the blower, and replace it if necessary.
The evaporation box is too dirty
The working environment of the evaporator box is cold and humid. In this environment, bacteria are very easy to breed. In addition, if the air filter is not replaced for a long time, it is easy to produce air-conditioning odor, and it is difficult to eradicate. The solution is to clean the evaporation tank.
Compressor belt failure
When considering system reasons, external reasons are often ignored. The belt that drives the compressor cannot be ignored. If the compressor belt is too loose, it will lead to insufficient cooling of the air conditioner. In this case, adjust the tensioner or replace the belt (belt is aging).
