First, the outlet of the air cooler is connected to the inlet of the cooling water storage tank through the return pipe, the outlet of the cooling water storage tank is connected to the inlet of the low-temperature chiller through the refrigerating water pump, and the outlet of the low-temperature chiller is connected to the other of the air coolers through the inlet pipe water intake.
In order to control the on-off of the water flow, there is a water flow switch between the refrigerating water pump and the water inlet of the low-temperature chiller. In order to prevent the backflow of water and allow the water to be smoothly transported to the air cooler, a check valve and a water valve are set between the water outlet of the low temperature chiller and the water inlet of the air cooler.
The principle is to deliver the tap water to the air cooler. The temperature of the water in the water storage pan of the fuselage is lower than that of the indoor air, and the heat is absorbed from the air to cool down. The water that has increased in temperature passes through the cold water circulation mechanism to cool down and store it. After the water tank and the low-temperature chiller are cooled, they are reduced to a suitable temperature, and then they can be sent to the air cooler for cooling again. Therefore, only a small amount of circulating water is required, and the low-temperature chiller consumes a small amount of electric energy to greatly improve the cooling effect of the cold air cooling device.
