Installation problems of prefabricated cold storage fans

Installation problems of prefabricated cold storage fans

1. Whether the installation of the prefabricated cold storage fan is appropriate will directly affect the performance of the entire system and the cooling and heat preservation performance of the prefabricated cold storage. Therefore, the following instructions should be carefully referred to when installing:

   1. When installing, ensure unobstructed air flow, uniform air supply in the assembled cold storage, and convenient maintenance. The fan range of the air cooler is 7 meters. When installing, pay attention to the uniform temperature of cold storage longer than 7 meters.

   2. The exhaust direction of the assembled cold storage fan should be towards the door as much as possible, and the suction side should avoid the door. The distance from the wall should meet the following requirements: >450mm from the back wall, >200mm from the side wall.

  3. The configuration of the liquid supply pipe should ensure sufficient liquid supply and no flash gas before the expansion valve; the configuration of the return pipe should ensure smooth oil return, and the pressure loss should not exceed 2PSIG. After the air return pipe exits the evaporator, an oil return bend should be added when ascending, and the diameter of the ascending section should be reduced.

   4. The top plate of the extra large cold storage needs to be supported by columns. Saw the column perforation on the bottom plate, and fix the column to the ground with expansion bolts. Drop the steel beam and weld it to the column. If the height needs to be adjusted, add a shim between the steel beam and the column. The top plate is placed on the steel beam. And do a good job of sealing between the library boards, install decorative parts.

   5. When two or more cold storages are connected in parallel to form a one-way system, each cold storage should be equipped with a solenoid valve to ensure that each cold storage supplies evenly.

   6. The expansion valve temperature sensor should be installed as close to the return pipe of the evaporator in a horizontal position as possible, and pay attention to the following:

  1) The temperature sensor must not be installed at the bottom of the suction pipe;

   2) The temperature sensor bulb must be able to feel the temperature of the superheated steam, and shall not be exposed to extremely cold or extremely hot locations, otherwise it is recommended to heat the temperature sensor bulb.

  3) The temperature sensing bulb should be installed on the horizontal line at 1 and 4 on the cross section of the return pipe. It cannot be installed at the bottom of the suction pipe to prevent oil at the bottom of the suction pipe, which will cause the temperature sensor to receive wrong signals.

   2. Assembly cold storage drain pipe:

   Low-temperature assembled cold storage should install the anti-freeze heating wire for the water, and then connect the PVC pipe. The drain pipe in the warehouse should be as short as possible, using AElig; 25 or AElig; 40 PVC pipe. The drain of the water pan to the outside of the reservoir is the external drainage of 5% slope. A water seal is required for the outer section of the drainage pipe library.
