Globe valve    Shut-off valve, also called repair valve (see picture), is usually installed at the connection port of the air pipe and liquid pipe of the outdoor unit of split-type household air conditioner to connect a shut-off valve. The shut-off valve is a kind of pipeline shut-off valve, which manually controls the opening and closing of the spool to control the passage and shut-off of refrigerant. According to the pipeline structure, the globe valve can be divided into two-way globe valve and three-way globe valve. According to their different shapes, they can be divided into right angle and star shape. During the refrigeration cycle, the stem of the shut-off valve is in the rear position, the pipeline is conducting, but the bypass hole is closed; during maintenance or installation, the stem of the three-way valve is in the neutral position when vacuuming and charging refrigerant At this time, both the pipeline and the bypass hole are in conduction, in a three-way state; when the air conditioner leaves the factory, the stem of the three-way valve is in the front position, and the pipeline through hole is closed.    1. Two-way stop valve The two-way shut-off valve is usually installed on the liquid pipe side of the outdoor unit piping. It consists of a positioning adjustment port and two mutually perpendicular pipelines, one of which is connected to the liquid pipe side of the outdoor unit (that is, through the copper pipe and capillary Connected to the outdoor heat exchanger), another pipe is connected to the thin piping of the indoor unit through a flare nut, as shown in the figure. The two-way stop valve is mainly composed of positioning adjustment port, valve stem cap, compression screw, etc., as shown in the figure. There is a valve stem and a valve hole seat in the positioning adjustment port. There is a graphite cotton rope (or oil-resistant rubber) seal ring in the middle of the valve stem. The sealing screw is pressed against the sealing screw so that the gas will not leak from the valve stem. When repairing or installing, you should first unscrew the valve stem copper seal cap, and then use an allen wrench to turn the compression screw on the valve stem. When you turn it clockwise, the valve stem moves down and the valve hole is closed, otherwise, the valve The hole opens and two vertical pipes circulate. After overhauling, check the valve stem for leakage and tighten the valve stem cap. 2. Three-way stop valve The three-way shut-off valve is installed on the tracheal side of the outdoor unit piping, one of which is connected to the tracheal side of the outdoor unit (that is, it is connected to the four-way valve of the outdoor unit through a copper pipe), and the other pipeline is connected to the flared nut The thick piping of the indoor unit is connected. In addition, the three-way shut-off valve has an additional maintenance port, the purpose is to facilitate the maintenance of air conditioning.    Three-way stop valves are available in maintenance ports with or without valve pins. The common one is a three-way stop valve with a valve pin. It consists of two pipeline connection ports, an adjustment port and an inspection port. The four ports are straight with each other. The structure is shown in the figure. The valve pin in the maintenance port blocks the maintenance port during normal operation and is covered with a dust-proof copper nut. If the valve stem moves down to the closed position, the piping is disconnected from the outdoor unit pipeline, and the valve stem is unscrewed up to open At the position, the two connecting pipelines are connected, and the outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit. When the refrigerant needs to be charged after maintenance, the valve pin can be pressed, and the maintenance port is always in communication with the piping. It has nothing to do with the switch position of the valve. The reasons for the failure of the two-way stop valve and the three-way stop valve are mostly due to improper force during installation, which causes damage to the valve core and damage to the valve wire, which in turn leads to refrigerant leakage, resulting in poor cooling effect of the air conditioner or even no refrigeration. At this time, soapy water can be used to perform leak detection on the process port, valve core and piping interface, and if there is a leak, it should be replaced.   Second, pressure limiting valve Pressure limiting valve, also known as pressure safety valve, is mostly used in heat pump type household air conditioners, and the nozzles at both ends are connected to the high and low pressure ends of the compressor. When the high-pressure pressure of the compressor rises above the pressure setting value of the pressure-limiting valve, the elastic diaphragm of the pressure-limiting valve moves upward to open the ball valve, and the high-pressure refrigerant enters the low-pressure end of the compressor from the bypass. When the high-pressure pressure drops to the pressure setting value, the elastic diaphragm moves downward to close the ball valve, thereby controlling the high-pressure pressure of the compressor to always be within the specified range.
