Knowledge of two air conditioners the same and different between evaporator and condenser

Knowledge of two air conditioners the same and different between evaporator and condenser Condenser and evaporator are heat exchangers, which are widely used in refrigeration systems of high and low temperature alternating damp heat test chambers, constant temperature and humidity test chambers and other equipment.

The so-called heat exchange is a device that transfers heat between two or more fluids with different temperatures, so it is also called a heat exchange device. Therefore, although the structure of the condenser and the evaporator are diverse, the working principle is the same. They are all equipments that exchange heat with the external medium flowing through the surface of the container, that is, they are both a kind of heat exchanger.

The condenser and the evaporator are also the same in terms of factors affecting heat transfer, and their heat transfer is related to the heat transfer area, heat transfer temperature difference, and heat transfer coefficient.

The working form of the condenser and the evaporator are different. The condenser cools the medium and liquefies it and releases heat to the outside; the evaporator absorbs heat and vaporizes the medium and absorbs external heat, that is, the refrigerant changes from gas to liquid. It is a process of condensation and heat release, and its internal pressure is generally very high; while the refrigerant of the evaporator changes from liquid to gas, which is an evaporative heat absorption process, and its internal pressure is generally low. In summary, the condenser is one of the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration device. Its function is to cool and condense the superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the refrigerating machine into refrigerant liquid and release heat in the cooling medium. Commonly used cooling media are: water and air. The evaporator is a device used for heat exchange between the refrigerant and the low-temperature heat source in the refrigeration system, and it is also one of the main heat exchange devices in the refrigeration device. In the evaporator, the refrigerant liquid vaporizes at low pressure and low temperature to absorb the heat of the cooled medium, and becomes the refrigerant dry saturated gas or superheated vapor at low temperature and low pressure, thereby generating and outputting cold energy in the refrigeration system. The evaporator is located between the throttle valve and the return gas main pipe of the refrigerator or connected between the liquid and return gas pipes of the vapor-liquid separation equipment, and is installed in a cold room or place that needs to be cooled or frozen.
