Many people cause personal injury or damage to the machine when repairing the water-cooled chiller. Non-professionals are not allowed to perform trial maintenance on the water-cooled chiller.    1. Do not turn off the machine by cutting off the main power supply unless it is an emergency.

  2. When the water-cooled chiller has a fault and alarms and shuts down, first turn off the main power switch of the machine (the alarm light will go out), and then check the cause of the fault. You must not force it on until the fault is eliminated.

  3. In order to prolong the life of the system and prevent safety accidents, regular inspections must be carried out.

  4. The water used in the system should be treated with water quality, because the high alkaline water quality will aggravate the corrosion of the copper pipe and reduce the service life of the heat exchanger. The pH value of the water used is in the range of 7.0-8.5.

   5. Keep the water-cooled chiller room dry, clean and well ventilated.

   6. The daily operation and management and maintenance of the machine must be carried out by professionals with professional skills. (It may be dangerous to disassemble or inspect while the machine is running, please pay attention!)

   Unscrew the cap of the liquid dosing needle valve, and connect the air pipe of the vacuum pump to the liquid dosing needle valve for vacuuming. This process takes about 1 to 3 hours. After the vacuum is completed, connect the air pipe of the refrigerant tank to the liquid injection thimble valve, and add the refrigerant to the return air pipe.   The water-cooled chiller adopts an outer-shell condenser. If it has been used for a long time, scale accumulates on the inside of the heat transfer tube, which affects its heat transfer effect. The condenser should be cleaned regularly to keep the water-cooled chiller with good working performance. If the cooling water has been treated for water purification, it is recommended to use hydrogen peroxide to sterilize and remove algae, rinse the ears with a high-pressure water gun, and then check for scale. Passivation is necessary after pickling, and passivation agent can be purchased for related treatment.

   When the water-cooled chiller is not in use or stored in an environment below 0°C, disconnect the pipeline, raise the front end of the machine, and discharge the water from the condenser. The ice water machine adopts a shell and tube evaporator. If it has been used for a long time, scale accumulates on the outside of the heat transfer tube, which will affect its heat transfer effect. The evaporator should be cleaned regularly to keep the machine in good working performance. The evaporator is cleaned by the method of cleaning the cold as frost condenser. The scale is discharged from the drain.
