Precautions for drainage problems in cold storage design
In the era of modern technology development, the combination of cold storage design and automatic control is not too much. Now it is mainly concerned with the standardization of cold storage design. Professional cold storage design specifications are becoming more and more important in this society. Because cold storage is used in many industries If it is used, its role cannot be underestimated. There are many problems in cold storage design that need attention.
1. Floor drains should be installed on the floor of the cooling room and refrigeration compressor room, and the height of the water seal of the floor drain should not be less than 50mm. Elevator shafts, weighbridge pits and other easy-to-gather locations should have drainage and prevent water backflow facilities.
2. Drainage measures should be provided for the basement and overhead floors of cold storage buildings.
3. The drain of the chiller water tray, the drain of the evaporative condenser, and the floor drain of the cold storage for storing food or beverages shall not be directly connected to the sewage and wastewater pipeline system, and indirect drainage shall be adopted. In the multi-layer cold storage, each layer of frost (melting) frost water drainage should be installed in front of the drain (melting) frost drainage main standpipe.
4. The frosting (melting) drain pipes in cold rooms of different temperatures should be equipped with a water sealing device before the dry frosting (melting) drain pipes.
5. When the air cooler adopts hot ammonia defrost or electric defrost, the defrost drainage can be discharged directly. The defrosting drainage pipeline in the warehouse can be insulated with electric heating.
6. The slope and fullness of the flushing (melting) frost drainage pipeline should meet the requirements of the current national standard "Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage" GB50015.
7. When the cold storage room is located in the basement, the water collection well (pool) of the frost (thaw) drainage should be taken to prevent freezing and prevent water backflow.
8. The outlet of the flushing (melting) frost drainage pipeline should be equipped with a water seal or a water seal well. Anti-freezing measures should be taken for water seals and wells in cold areas.
