Precautions for installation of mold core dryer

The mold core dryer adopts the latest mold core adsorption drying technology. It is an air compressor post-processing equipment. What matters should the enterprise pay attention to when installing the mold core dryer?

   1. The operator shall be responsible for the correct installation of equipment and the connection of input and output pipelines;

  2. After the main pipe is installed, the main pipe must be purged before it is connected to the filter and dryer;

  3. The supporting surface where the equipment is placed should have sufficient strength to support the weight of the dryer. The ground must be flat and level. If conditions permit, it can be fixed with ground fixing screws;

  4. The dryer should be installed separately from other equipment to prevent the vibration of other equipment from affecting the dryer;

   5. If the ambient temperature of the drying machine installation site is lower than -10°C, the equipment should be heated to avoid freezing;

6. In order to ensure the normal operation of the dryer and the normal implementation of the maintenance work, the machine room must have a good ventilated environment. There should be no obstacles within 0.8 meters of the equipment and 1.5 meters from the top (the space between the two equipment should be no less than 0.5 meters aisle);

  7. In the absence of a standby machine, a bypass pipe must be added to the main air inlet pipe of the equipment to ensure the normal supply of compressed air in the workshop when the equipment is maintained and overhauled;

   8. When two or more equipment share the main drainage pipeline, a 3-inch or more pipeline should be used for connection or directly into the sewer for discharge (when using a single dryer, use a 2-inch drainage main pipeline);

   9. It is recommended to increase the platform construction before the equipment is installed to facilitate the maintenance and repair of the equipment and the stability of the equipment during operation.
