Precautions for use and installation of industrial chillers and refrigerators
1. Installation method
(1) The industrial chiller should be installed directly on the horizontal surface, please do not install it upside down, diagonally or vertically.
(2) When the industrial chiller is running, it should generate heat, and the cooling air should be circulated. There should be a certain space around it during installation, and the generated heat should be radiated upwards, so do not install it around equipment that is not heat-resistant.
(3) Industrial chillers cannot be installed in places where there are various fibers, paper (chips), metal fragments, etc.
The water outlet of the industrial water chiller should be connected with the water inlet of your instrument, and the water outlet of the instrument should be connected with the water inlet of the cooling circulating water machine.
Note:
If it is a split unit, the fluorine circuit connection between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit must be installed or debugged by a technician designated by the chiller or chiller manufacturer.
2. Turn on the industrial water chiller and see the terminals. Do not connect the wrong wires when wiring. (Only the high-power cooling circulating water machine has the power cord connection)
(1) The power supply must be connected to the main power supply terminal. If you connect the power supply to other terminals by mistake, the cooling circulating water machine will be damaged. In addition, confirm whether the power supply voltage is within the allowable voltage range.
(2) The ground terminal must be well grounded to prevent electric shock or fire accidents.
(3) The crimp terminal must be used to connect the terminal and the wire to ensure the reliability of the connection.
(4) After completing the circuit connection, please check whether the connections are correct.
(5) Is there any missing wiring.
(6) Whether there is a short circuit or a short circuit to the ground between each terminal and the connecting wire.
(7) If the operating temperature is below 5°C, please add antifreeze to the circulating fluid.
Note:
Industrial chillers must be connected to the ground wire, otherwise electric shock or fire accidents may occur. The wiring work should be carried out by professionals. Confirm that the power supply is turned off (OFF) and start work, otherwise electric shock may occur.
Three. Operation of chillers and industrial chillers
(1) Check whether the wiring is correct before starting operation.
(2) Whether the connection of the waterway pipeline is correct and firm.
(3) Confirm whether the water tank is full of water.
