   4. When replacing the compressor, you must add an appropriate amount of refrigerating oil that matches the compressor.

   6. When replacing the compressor, the filter drier must be replaced in time. Because the desiccant in the filter drier has been saturated, the water filtering function is lost.

7. The refrigerating oil in the original system must be cleaned, because the new pump has been injected with sufficient mass-produced refrigerated lubricating oil, and different brands of refrigerating oil cannot be mixed, otherwise it will deteriorate and cause poor lubrication, causing the compressor to pull the cylinder and turn yellow. Burnt.

   8. When replacing the compressor, pay attention to prevent excessive refrigeration oil in the system, otherwise the heat exchange effect of the system will be reduced, and the pressure of the system will be high, which will damage the system and the compressor.

   9. Do not fill the refrigerant too fast, otherwise it will cause liquid hammer, which will cause the valve plate to break and cause the compressor to lose pressure.

  10. After installation, check whether the radiator is working properly. If the system pressure exceeds the normal pressure (13-15kg), it will cause the clutch to slip, bearings, coils, or compressor damage.
