The selection of the installation site is ignored by the staff. Often the compressor will be found at random after it is purchased and used immediately after piping. There is no prior planning at all. Little is known about such a sloppy result, but it has become the cause of future difficulties in compressor repair and maintenance and poor compressed air quality. Therefore, choosing a good installation site is a prerequisite for the correct use of the air compressor system.
1. The place with good lighting should be wide to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2. The relative humidity of the air should be low, with little dust, clean air and good ventilation.
3. The ambient temperature must be lower than 40 ℃, because the higher the ambient temperature, the less the air output from the compressor.
4. If the factory environment is poor and dusty, pre-filter equipment must be installed.
5. Access roads are reserved, and those who are qualified can install overhead cranes to facilitate maintenance.
6. Reserve maintenance space, at least 70 cm distance between the compressor and the wall.
7. The distance between the compressor and the head space is at least one meter.


Precautions
Precautions for piping, foundation and cooling system, air piping:
1. When piping the main pipeline, the pipeline must have an inclination of 1 ° to 2 ° to facilitate the drainage of condensate in the pipeline.
2. The pressure drop of the piping pipeline should not exceed 5% of the set pressure of the compressor, so it is better to use a larger diameter when piping.
3. The branch pipeline must be connected from the top of the main pipeline to avoid the condensation water in the pipeline from flowing into the air-consuming equipment. The compressor air outlet pipeline should preferably have a one-way valve.
4. Several compressors are installed in series, and a ball valve or automatic drain valve must be installed at the end of the main pipe to facilitate the discharge of condensate.
5. The main pipeline should not be arbitrarily reduced. If you must reduce or enlarge the pipeline, you must use a reducer, otherwise there will be mixed flow at the joint, resulting in a large pressure loss and affecting the service life of the pipeline.
6. If there are purification storage facilities such as air tank and dryer after the compressor, the ideal piping should be compressor + air tank + front filter + dryer + rear filter + fine filter. In this way, the gas storage tank can filter out part of the condensed water, and the gas storage tank also has the function of reducing the temperature of the gas exhaust. The air with lower temperature and less water content will enter the dryer to reduce the load of the dryer or filter.
7. If the air consumption of the system is large and the time is short, the instantaneous air consumption changes greatly, it is advisable to install an air storage tank as a buffer (the capacity should be greater than or equal to 20% of the maximum instantaneous air volume), which can reduce the compressor unit The frequency of frequent loading and unloading, and the reduction of the number of control element actions are of great benefit to maintaining the operational reliability of the compressor. In general, a gas storage tank with a capacity of 20% of the displacement can be selected.
8. For compressed air with a system pressure below 1.5 MPa, the flow velocity in its delivery pipe must be below 15 m / sec to avoid excessive pressure drop.
9. Minimize the use of elbows and various valves in the pipeline to reduce pressure loss.
10. The ideal piping is that the main pipeline surrounds the entire plant, so that compressed air can be obtained at any location. For example, when the gas consumption of a certain branch increases suddenly, the pressure drop can be reduced. And configure the appropriate valve on the ring main line, so as to repair and cut off.
Installation basics
1. The foundation should be built on a hard floor, and the foundation plane must be leveled before installation to avoid vibration caused by the compressor and noise.
2. If the compressor is installed upstairs, anti-vibration treatment must be done to prevent the vibration from being transmitted downstairs or causing resonance, which has hidden safety risks for the compressor and the building itself.
3. The vibration generated by the screw compressor is very small, so there is no need to make a fixed foundation. However, the ground on which it is placed must be flat, and the ground must not be soft soil. The bottom of the compressor is preferably covered with soft or shockproof pads to prevent vibration and noise.
cooling system
1. When you choose an air-cooled compressor, consider its ventilation environment. The compressor should not be placed near the high-temperature equipment to avoid the compressor inhaling the high-temperature atmosphere and causing the exhaust temperature to be too high and affecting the normal operation of the unit.
2. When the use conditions limit the installation of the compressor in a small enclosed space, the pumping and exhaust equipment must be installed to facilitate air circulation and circulation. The capacity of the pumping and exhaust equipment must be greater than the exhaust volume of the compressor cooling fan, and The position of the exhaust inlet should be suitable for the position of the hot exhaust outlet of the compressor.
Strictly abide by the installation regulations
The installation of the compressor should follow the relevant local laws and regulations, and strictly observe the following regulations:
1. The compressor should be lifted by lifting equipment with a load-bearing capacity greater than the weight of the unit, and the lifting speed and acceleration should be limited within the permitted range.
2. Try to install the compressor in a cool, clean and well-ventilated place to ensure that the air sucked by the compressor is clean and the moisture content is minimal.
3. The air sucked by the compressor must not contain combustible gas and corrosive gas, so as not to cause explosion or internal corrosion.
4. Air-cooled machines should preferably have an exhaust fan or air duct to guide the hot air out of the room, avoiding hot | exam | big | air circulation to the air inlet.
5. The discharge of compressor sewage and waste oil shall comply with the regulations of the local environmental protection department.
6. This machine uses a three-phase AC power supply of 380V and 50Hz. The power supply line of the guide compressor must match its power and install safety devices such as air switches and fuses. To ensure the reliability and safety of electrical equipment, it must be reliably grounded.


Principle of commissioning and operation
1. Commissioning of new machines must be carried out by commissioners designated or approved by the company;
2. Before starting the machine, confirm that there is no one in the unit, and check whether there are leftover items and tools, and close the door of the unit; when starting the machine, you should first notify the people around the unit to pay attention to safety;
3. During the trial operation, strictly check the running direction of the compressor. When it is found to reverse, it should be stopped immediately, cut off the power supply, swap any two of the three-phase lines and restart the machine, otherwise the compressor will be damaged (attention should be paid every time the factory power supply maintenance!)
4. The compressor can not work under the discharge pressure higher than the nameplate, otherwise it will cause the motor overload and burn out;
5. When the compressor is under remote control, the machine may start at any time and should be listed to remind;
6. When the compressor fails or there are unsafe factors, do not start the machine forcibly. At this time, the power supply should be cut off and marked.
Maintenance method
Compressor maintenance and repair must be carried out under the guidance of qualified personnel.
1. Compressed air and electrical appliances are dangerous. Make sure that the power supply has been cut off during maintenance or maintenance, and hang warning signs such as "overhaul" or "no opening" to prevent others from closing the power supply and causing injury;
2. When shutting down for maintenance, you must wait for the entire compressor to cool down and the system compressed air to be safely released, and maintenance personnel should avoid any exhaust ports in the compressor system as far as possible and close the corresponding isolation valves;
3. When cleaning the components of the unit, non-corrosive and safe solvents should be used, and the use of flammable, explosive and volatile cleaning agents is strictly prohibited;
4. After the compressor has been running for a period of time, it is necessary to regularly check the safety valve and other protection systems to ensure that it is sensitive and reliable. Generally, it is checked once a year;
5. Compressor parts must be provided by Zhengchang. The screw oil must be designated by the company for screw compressors. The two brands of oil are strictly forbidden to be mixed. Otherwise, it will cause major accidents caused by system coke.
