   1. Check whether the direction and position of the nozzles of each equipment meet the design requirements;

  3. The installation level deviation of horizontal equipment is 1‰;

  4. The oil collector (oil outlet) should be slightly lower;

  5. The thickness of the gasket should be added to the contact between the low-temperature side equipment and other equipment not less than the thickness of the insulation layer;

  6. ​​The direction and position of the pipeline connected to the equipment should meet the process flow and design requirements.

   2. Refrigeration system pipe installation

   Before installing the refrigeration system pipeline, the oxide scale, pollutants and rust in the pipe should be removed first, so that the inner wall has a glossy surface, and the two ends of the pipe can be closed.

   3. Connect the branch pipe to the liquid pipe, which should be connected from the bottom or side of the main pipe

   When connecting the branch pipe to the trachea, it should be connected from the upper part or the side. The liquid supply pipe should not be curved upward, and the suction pipe should not be curved downward except for the specially set oil return bend.

   Fourth, the slope and slope of the refrigerant pipe connection between the equipment:

   Compressor intake horizontal pipe slope to compressor slope: ≥1%;

   Compressor exhaust horizontal pipe slope to oil separator slope: ≥1%;

   Five, matters needing attention

   1. The thermal insulation material, thermal insulation range and thickness of equipment and pipelines should meet the design requirements.

  2. All valves on the pipeline should be subjected to a monomer air tightness test.

  3. The installation of valves and accessories should meet the following requirements:

   (1) The one-way valve should be installed according to the direction of refrigerant flow;

   (2) For valves with handles, the handle must not be downward;

   (3) Valve heads of solenoid valves, thermal expansion valves, lift check valves, etc. should be installed vertically upwards;

   (4) The installation position of the thermal expansion valve should be close to the evaporator for adjustment and maintenance; the installation of the temperature sensing bulb should meet the requirements.
