Safe operation method of Freon refrigeration compressor unit
Freon refrigerants are generally used in cold storage refrigeration systems, so the following is a brief introduction to some of the operating specifications of Freon refrigeration units, so that everyone will feel very simple and relaxed when using them.
One, preparation before starting
The preparation work before starting the equipment includes the following:
(1) Clean the environment around the equipment site, and deal with the cleanliness of the equipment body and related auxiliary equipment.
(2) Check the power supply voltage.
(3) Check the on-off condition and liquid level of various valves in refrigeration equipment.
(4) The capacity adjustment device should be placed in the minimum gear to facilitate the no-load start of the refrigeration compressor.
(5) Check whether there is water in the pool on the evaporator condenser, if there is water shortage, make up for it in time.
(6)" Ensure that the oil level is correct, 1/8 to 3/8 of the sight glass.
(7) All temperature controls are set at the expected operating temperature value.
(8) ensure that no liquid refrigerant enters the compressor, the liquid is incompressible and will damage the compressor.
2. Start-up and operation of refrigeration equipment
During the start-up operation of the refrigeration equipment, attention should be paid to the start-up procedure, the inspection content and period of the operation inspection, and the main adjustment methods in operation to guide the correct startup of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
ⅠThe startup procedure is as follows:
(1) First, start the water pump and fan on the evaporative condenser.
(2) Each time you start a compressor, turn the switch of the compressor to the automatic gear to start operation, observe whether the compressor is running abnormally, if there is an abnormal sound, immediately shut down the compressor for inspection, Restart after troubleshooting. The usual reasons for the abnormality are:
A, insufficient or excessive refrigerating oil;
B. Unreasonable unit installation or management connection causes excessive vibration;
C, compressor hydraulic machine.
(2) Precautions for inspection during equipment operation
After the equipment is started up and put into normal operation, the inspection should be strengthened to find the problem in time and deal with it in time. The main contents of the inspection are:
1. The oil pressure, oil temperature, bearing temperature, and oil level during the operation of the refrigeration compressor;
2. The temperature of the cooling water at the inlet of the condenser and the temperature of the refrigerant water at the outlet of the evaporator;
3. The operating current of the motor when the compressor, cooling water pump, and fan are running, and the flow of cooling water and refrigerant water;
4. Compressor suction and discharge pressure values, noise and vibration of the entire refrigeration unit during operation.
(3) Precautions for defrosting in cold storage
1. First, stop the liquid supply of the evaporator that needs to be defrosted and withdraw its original liquid, and adjust the defrost valve;
2. Defrosting with warmed water;
3. Before defrosting, reduce the pressure in the drain barrel to the evaporation pressure and adjust the relevant valves;
4. After the defrosting operation is over, you must wait at least 30 minutes before turning on the fan to prevent freezing and blocking the pipeline;
5. According to the frosting situation of the freezing storage and the evaporator of the cold storage, the defrosting operation is carried out in time.
Three, shutdown procedures and precautions
Turn off the electronic valve first, and then turn off the compressor after the suction pressure of the compressor reaches the set value, so as not to make the pressure of the low pressure system too high after shutdown, but not too low, not lower than the atmospheric pressure, to avoid air infiltration refrigerating system.
is stopping the evaporator fan, and finally the condenser water pump and fan.
In the process of shutdown, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment, the evaporator should be operated for a period of time after the compressor is shut down. Once the refrigerant in the evaporator is vaporized, all the refrigerant in the condenser is liquefied.
Operate according to the steps described above, the whole operation process is smoother and the error rate is lower.
