Several factors representing the normal operation of cold storage
1. After the cold storage construction compressor is started, it should run smoothly without noise, and the protection and control components should work normally.
2. The cooling water and refrigerant water should be sufficient, the water pressure should not be less than 0.12MPa, the water flow should meet the design requirements, and the cooling water temperature should generally be around 32℃.
3. For the piston compressor, the outlet pressure of the oil pump should be 1.5~3kg/cm2 higher than the suction pressure, and for the screw compressor, the oil pressure should be 0.5kg/cm2 higher than the discharge pressure. The oil temperature should not be lower than 70℃ and the oil can not afford much foam, and the oil level should not be lower than 1/3 of the oil lens.
4. The suction temperature is 5~15℃ higher than the evaporation temperature. The suction temperature should not exceed 15℃ during normal operation. For air conditioning systems, the evaporation temperature is about 5℃ lower than the temperature of the cooled medium. The temperature should be about 10~15℃ lower than the temperature of the cooled medium.
5. The exhaust temperature should not exceed 115°C. (R22). When the compressor is running normally, the condensing pressure does not exceed 1.4MPa (for water-cooled units), and for air-cooled condensers, the condensing pressure does not exceed 1.95WPa.
6. For a system equipped with an automatic oil return device, the automatic oil return pipe should be cold and hot from time to time, and there should be no significant temperature difference before and after the liquid pipe filter. For systems equipped with a liquid reservoir, the refrigerant liquid level is not lower than 1/3 of the liquid level indicator.
7. There should be no local heating and frosting on the cylinder wall. There should be no frosting on the air-conditioning products and the suction pipe. For refrigerated products: it is normal for the suction pipe to frost to the suction valve port.
8. In operation, the horizontal condenser should be hot at the top and cold at the bottom. The interface between hot and cold is the interface of refrigerant, the upper and hot bottom of the oil separator is not too hot, and the interface between cold and hot is oil.
9. The frosting and condensation of the valve body of the expansion valve should be even (no frosting in the air conditioning system), but no thick frosting can be found at the outlet, and only a dull, small sound can be heard when the liquid flows through the expansion valve.
10. Under certain conditions of water pressure and water volume, there should be a significant temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, and the general temperature difference is 3~5℃
11.There should be no leakage or oil seepage in the system, the pointers of the pressure gauges should be relatively stable, the compressor current should not be greater than the rated current, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 5MΩ.
