The cold storage design specification enters the construction site, and according to the construction drawings, the implementation status is verified, and the equipment installation location (storage body, drain door, evaporator, host, condenser, control system, etc.) is determined.

   1. How to install the cold storage board

   1. Floor installation

  1.1 Level the floor first, and then start to install the floor, choose a beautiful floor and place it in a conspicuous place, and make the floor and the evaporator drainage system.

  1.2 Quality requirements

  The floor is installed smoothly, the unevenness is leveled up with materials, and the lock hook between the plate is locked, so that the warehouse surface is flat and there is no hollow feeling. (Note that if this drainage system is installed outdoors in the north, the drainage pipe needs to be insulated).

  2, vertical board installation

2.1 First choose a corner according to the situation of the site, and position it (that is, the vertical plate and the floor are locked) to extend this angle to both sides, only lock the vertical plate and the vertical plate, and locate the position where the vertical corner is encountered. In the conspicuous place, when installing it on the side of the evaporator, make the drain pipe in advance, and make a U-bend and silica gel outside the warehouse.

  2.2 The conspicuous surface of the vertical board is flat, the library board has no dents, the top surface of the vertical board is flush, the gap between the vertical board and the vertical board is even, and the conspicuous vertical corner is flush with the floor corner.

  3, top plate installation

  3.1 First choose one end to locate the ceiling plate and extend the laying, lock the ceiling and the ceiling, and make sure that the ceiling and the vertical plate are flat and locked during installation to prevent running out.

  3.2 The top plate of the conspicuous place chooses the beautiful top plate, the seam between the sky and the vertical plate should be flat, the gap should be small, and the top plate in the warehouse should be flat.

  4. After the sky, earth, and vertical plates are roughly installed, the sky and the vertical, and the vertical and the floor are aligned and locked, and all lock hooks between each other.

   5. When encountering the library board that needs to be flared, the flared area needs to be polished without burrs. When encountering the library board that needs to be angled aluminum, silica gel and then angled aluminum are used to ensure sealing.

   6. After the library body is installed, the time should be used to make the silica gel, and the silicone seam is smooth and smooth. The silica gel should be processed at the end of the day to prevent damage.

   1. Evaporator installation specifications

1.1 First open the lifting screw hole, and open the copper pipe and wire hole. The last two holes should be trimmed to prevent hidden dangers from the quick opening. The back of the evaporator and the vertical plate of the self-equipped drain pipe are positioned at 300mm, and the evaporator drain hole It is perpendicular to the pre-installed drainage hole of the vertical board, and the height difference between the two is 250mm. In the case of a freezer, the drainage heating wire is inserted in the drainage pipe, and the heating part of the drainage heating wire can only extend to 50mm in the warehouse board, and the drain pipe is externally insulated No electric heating wire is needed for processing and refrigeration, the others are the same.

  1.2 Lifting attention

   The air inlet of the evaporator should not face the door of the evaporator. The evaporator should be hung on the long end of the freezer , and the air outlet of the evaporator should not face the door (the evaporator should be centered for maintenance).

  2. Installation specifications for the main engine of the cold storage unit

  The closer the main unit is to the evaporator, the better it is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If you need to install a rain shed, you need to install anti-vibration gaskets at the four corners of the main unit. The installation level is firm and it is not easy to be touched.

  2.1 Condenser installation

The condenser should be placed as close to the host as possible. The position of the condenser should be in the upper position of the host. The condenser should have a best heat dissipation environment. The suction port should not face the outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. The outlet should not be short-circuited. Facing other windows (especially residential windows) and equipment, it should be 2M above the ground, and the installation level should be firm.

  2.2 Copper pipe discharge

  All copper pipes must be separately worn with insulation pipes and the wires in the same direction should be wrapped together with air-conditioning ties. Try to use straight pipes and fix them in sections. The joints of insulation pipes and insulation pipes shall be tightly sealed with electrical tape.

  2.3 wire discharge

   All wires must be protected by corrugated hoses or wire troughs except for air-conditioning ties. The temperature display wires should not be placed close to the wires.

three. Refrigeration system connection

Because the condenser and evaporator of the main engine are pressure-sealed in the factory, there should be pressure when opening the seal to check whether there is any leakage. The copper pipe should be sealed at both ends of the factory, and should be sealed at any time during construction to prevent water Dust enters the tube, condenser → host → evaporator, the copper tube is connected by welding, and the interface is firm and beautiful.

  1. Configure the wires according to the performance of the electrical appliances, the wire diameter meets the requirements, the joints are firm, and the pipes need to be protected, so it can’t be saved, and the power connection is correct. The wire enters the evaporator junction box hole and needs to be sealed with silica gel. If the lamp is connected to 36V or higher, a grounding wire is required. The power supply in the main unit electrical cabinet requires a three-phase five-wire system, which must be reliably grounded.

2. The temperature control is fixed on the top plate, the probe and the temperature display probe pass through the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse together, and hang in the air. The defrost temperature control is also fixed on the top plate, and the probe is also perforated to enter the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse. The probe is inserted into the fin (not close to the heating tube).

  3. If there is no person on the top board, fix the temperature control and defrosting temperature control at the back corner of the evaporator in the warehouse, and seal all the connections. Others are the same as above.

  4. Balance hole (pressure equalizing valve), do not install it on the conspicuous place and the vertical plate of the air outlet, the height is 200mm from the upper part of the vertical plate.

   Fourth, cold storage equipment debugging specifications

  1, refrigeration system

  1.1 Use N212Kg/cm2 to check the system for leaks. If there is no problem in 2h, it can be vacuumed, and if there is no problem in 1h, add freon to keep the pressure.

  1.2 If there is no N2, it is no problem to vacuum for 2h first, fill with freon 5 Kg/cm2 to catch the gas leak, if there is no problem, wait for the test machine.

  1.3 Check whether all wiring cables are correct and meet the requirements, and check whether the power supply meets the standard.

  2, power-on test machine refrigeration system

After the components of the refrigeration system are operating normally, start to replenish Freon until the liquid is full. At this time, adjust the temperature control setting value, stop temperature and temperature difference (4~5℃), and observe the low pressure pressure value when the temperature reaches the stop temperature, set Low pressure protection value (lower than shutdown value 0.4~1.2 Kg/cm2, freezing 0.4, refrigerating 1.2 Kg/cm2) and differential pressure value (0.5 Kg/cm2), high pressure protection value has been set at 25 Kg/cm2 at the factory, Unless it is not allowed to be changed under special circumstances, the pressure value can be adjusted artificially to check whether the high and low pressure can be protected, and adjust the thermal relay protection value to 2.5 times the normal startup current, and manually test its performance.

  3, power-on test machine defrosting system

Defrost timer SB3.8-1, the adjustment frequency is 1-12 times a day, each gear is 2h, the defrosting time is 2-60min, generally set at once every 4h, the defrosting termination temperature is set at +25 every 25min ℃, when defrosting, check whether the heating wire is working normally and whether the drain heating wire is heating normally.

  4. If the horizontal distance between the radiator and the host or the evaporator is greater than 10M, and the height is greater than 5M, an appropriate amount of refrigerating oil can be added.

  5. After all kinds of data are set and debugged, restart and shut down 3 times to check whether the components can work normally. At this time, please check and accept the customer.

  6. ​​After the above work is completed, clean the interior and exterior of the warehouse, and ask the customer to check and accept the entire cold storage, sign for confirmation and hand over.
