Structure of multi-vane compressor_Characteristics of multi-vane compressor The sliding vane refrigeration compressor is a positive displacement rotary compressor. It can be divided into two types: single slide type and multi slide type. Multi-slider compressors are currently mainly used as low-pressure compressors with two-stage compressors. Multi-slide compressor structure The basic structure and working principle of multi-slider compressor. The basic structure of a multi-slider compressor is shown in Figure 3-10. The cylindrical rotor is installed in the cylinder, and its rotation center has a certain eccentric distance from the geometric center of the cylinder. Sliders are installed in the radial slots of the rotor. When the rotor rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the sliders are thrown out and cling to the unloading ring on the inner wall of the cylinder. The unloading ring is used to bear the centrifugal force of the sliding plate, and is lubricated with lubricating oil. A closed working volume is formed between the adjacent two sliding plates, the inner wall of the cylinder, the unloading ring, the outer surface of the rotor, and the front and rear end covers. When the rotor rotates, its working volume changes from the minimum to the maximum, and then from the maximum to the minimum, so as to continuously perform the process of suction, compression and exhaust. Main features of multi-vane compressor 1) Small clearance volume and high gas transmission coefficient. 2) There is no suction valve, so it can work under low suction pressure. There is a check valve on the exhaust line to prevent the high-pressure gas from flowing back when the machine stops. 3) When the compressor is started, the speed is low, and the slider is not thrown out, so it can be automatically unloaded and started. 4) The rotor must not be reversed, otherwise it will not work properly. 5) The pressure difference between the two sides of the slide must not be too large, otherwise it will affect the flick of the slide.
