   Core dryer regeneration stage:

Micro heat regeneration, the regeneration dry air enters the regeneration unit outlet confluence chamber through the regeneration airflow regulating valve. After the high temperature dry gas expands and reduces to atmospheric pressure in the regeneration unit mold core adsorption cavity, the regeneration unit molecular sieve is purged and adsorbed from top to bottom. The agent will accelerate the separation of water and adsorbent in the body, resolve it in dry air, and discharge it from the muffler together with the regeneration gas.

   1. Abnormal pressure display

  1, the pressure sensor is damaged

   Treatment method: replace the new pressure sensor

  3, the trachea is blocked or broken

   Treatment method: check whether the tracheal ventilation is normal, if there is any abnormality, it must be replaced immediately

  4, the valve seat pressure plate falls off or is damaged

   Treatment method: check the pressure plate, replace if necessary

  5, the cylinder is damaged

   Treatment method: Check whether the cylinder is operating normally, replace it if necessary

  6, check valve spring elastic deactivation

   Treatment method: Replace the spring

  7, the solenoid valve silencer is blocked

   Treatment method: disassemble and clean the muffler, if it is blocked or damaged seriously, it must be replaced immediately

   8. The regeneration air flow is too large

   Treatment method: reduce the opening and closing degree of the (regeneration airflow) regulating valve (Note: the regeneration airflow regulating valve must ensure the same degree of opening and closing). If the check valve and intake valve are abnormal, replace them if necessary

   2. The controller program works abnormally

   Treatment method: check the controller, if it is damaged, it must be replaced immediately

   3. After drying, the gas contains a small amount of moisture

  1. With an air compressor to handle excessive flow or oil content, etc.

   Treatment method: check whether the air compressor is working normally

   2. There is a lot of rust inside the main gas supply pipeline, which blocks the muffler valve

   Treatment method: empty the pipes and the rust inside the gas storage tank, and clean the bottom of the muffler.

   Fourth, the dew point is too high

   1. The intake air quality does not meet the specified standards

   Treatment method: adjust intake pressure and temperature

   2. The regeneration gas volume is too small

   Treatment method: Whether the bypass valve is closed tightly, and whether the dried gas is connected with other pipeline gas

   Five, fault shutdown

  1, automatic power off

  Cause analysis: circuit overload

   Treatment method: check the circuit and replace the short-circuit component

  2, low pressure shutdown

  Cause analysis: intake air pressure is too low

   Treatment method: adjust the intake air pressure to the specified standard

  3, high temperature shutdown

  Cause analysis: abnormal connection of temperature control module circuit, abnormal operation of solid state relay or temperature probe

   Treatment method: check the connection line of the temperature control module, solid state relay and temperature probe, if there is any abnormality or damage, it must be replaced in time
