   1. Material preparation before installation

  2. The number of cold storage boards should be checked according to the delivery note before transportation and installation. When loading and unloading the storage boards, they should be handled with care and an anti-scratch layer should be laid on each layer of the storage board and the ground joint.

   2. Installation of library board

When assembling the cold storage as a whole, there should be a gap with the wall and roof. The floor of the cold storage should be installed smoothly.    3. Air cooler installation technology

  2. The gap between the air cooler and the library board should be greater than the thickness of the air cooler.

   3. All hanging bolts of the air cooler should be tightened, and the bolts and hanging bolts should be perforated and sealed with sealant to prevent cold bridges and air leakage.

  4. When the ceiling fan is too heavy, use No. 4 or No. 5 angle iron as the lintel. The lintel should span to another roof and wall to reduce the load.

   Fourth, the assembly and installation technology of refrigeration units

   1. Semi-hermetic or hermetic compressors should be equipped with an oil separator, and an appropriate amount of oil should be added to the oil. When the evaporation temperature is lower than -15 degrees, a gas-liquid separator and an appropriate amount of refrigerating oil should be installed.

  2. The compressor base should be equipped with a shock-absorbing rubber seat.

  3. The installation of the unit should leave a maintenance space to facilitate the observation of the adjustment of the instruments and valves.

   4. The high-pressure meter should be installed at the three-way point of the reservoir filling valve.

   5. Refrigeration pipeline installation technology

   1. The diameter of the copper pipe should be selected strictly in accordance with the compressor suction and discharge valve interface. When the condenser and the compressor are separated by more than 3 meters, the pipe diameter should be increased.

  2. Keep a distance of more than 400mm between the suction surface of the condenser and the wall, and keep a distance of more than 3 meters between the air outlet and the obstacle.

  3. The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank are subject to the exhaust and liquid outlet pipe diameters marked on the unit sample.

  4. The compressor suction pipe and the air cooler return pipe shall not be smaller than the size indicated in the sample to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipe.

  5. When making the adjustment station, each outlet pipe should be sawed into a 45-degree bevel, inserted into the bottom end, and the inlet pipe inserted into a quarter of the pipe diameter of the adjustment station.

   6. The exhaust pipe and return pipe should have a certain slope. When the condenser is higher than the compressor, the exhaust pipe should slope to the condenser and install a liquid ring at the compressor exhaust port to prevent the gas from being cooled and liquefied back to the air after shutdown. ? At the high-pressure exhaust port, liquid compression occurs when the machine is restarted.

   7. U-shaped bend should be installed at the outlet of the air cooler return pipe. The return air pipeline should slope toward the compressor to ensure smooth oil return.
