Treatment method of liquid nitrogen external diarrhea
Liquid nitrogen: liquid nitrogen. It is inert, colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and extremely low temperature. Nitrogen constitutes most of the atmosphere (78.03% by volume, 75.5% by weight). Nitrogen is inactive and does not support combustion. A large amount of heat absorption during vaporization causes frostbite.
Under normal pressure, the temperature of liquid nitrogen is -196℃; 1 cubic meter of liquid nitrogen can expand to 696 cubic meters of pure gaseous nitrogen at 21°C. Liquid nitrogen is colorless, odorless, liquid and gas at low temperature under high pressure.
Liquid nitrogen (often written as LN2) is a liquid form of nitrogen formed at low temperatures. Nitrogen has a boiling point of -196°C, and liquid nitrogen will be formed if the temperature is below this under normal atmospheric pressure; if it is pressurized, liquid nitrogen can be obtained at a higher temperature. .
In industry, liquid nitrogen is obtained by fractional distillation of air. After the air is purified, it is liquefied in a pressurized and cooled environment, and separated by the different boiling points of the components in the air. Nitrogen (78.09% of the air volume) z* is released first (and has not been liquefied), followed by argon which accounts for 0.93% of the air, and after z* is oxygen which accounts for 20.95%.
When the inhaled nitrogen concentration is not too high, the patient z* initially feels chest tightness, shortness of breath, weakness, and then irritability, extreme excitement, running around, yelling, trance, and unsteady gait, which is called "nitrogen tincture". Into a state of lethargy or coma. Inhalation of high concentrations, patients can quickly become unconscious and die due to the arrest of breathing and heartbeat.
1. Quickly evacuate personnel from the leaked contaminated area to the upper wind, and set up isolation areas to strictly restrict access.
2, notify the fire and related units.
3. Emergency personnel should wear self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus, winter clothes and gloves.
4. Avoid leaking liquids from flowing into the basement or other confined manned working spaces. If it is unavoidable, notify relevant departments immediately.
5. Do not directly touch the leakage.
6. Cut off the source of leakage as much as possible.
7. Water spray can be used to accelerate the evaporation of liquid, but the water gun can not be shot into the liquid.
8. To prevent gas from accumulating in low recesses, use an exhaust fan to send the leaked gas to the open area.
9. Personnel are prohibited from staying in low-lying or downwind areas.
