　　 Air compressor lubricants must reach a certain viscosity to meet the relevant lubrication effect. If the viscosity is too low, the lubricating oil will not easily form a strong enough oil film, which will accelerate wear and shorten the service life of the parts.

　　Although the higher the viscosity of the lubricating oil and the thicker the oil film, it helps to prevent the friction surface from wearing, but the frictional resistance is also higher, the power loss increases, and the specific power of the compressor increases.

Use lubricating oil with high viscosity and start at low temperature. After a period of shutdown, the lubricating oil on the friction surface has been lost. However, the viscosity is high and the flow is slow. It cannot be added to the friction surface in time to form a lubricating oil film, which will cause the machine parts to grow. Time is in a state of dry friction and semi-dry friction, which leads to increased wear and tear of mechanical parts.
