1. The valve body of the valve of the chiller is mostly steel castings. Casting blisters may be formed during the production process, causing the valve to leak refrigerant during use.

2. The valve stem is twisted. The material of the valve is too tight and lacks lubrication to form dry rubbing; the tools for opening and closing the wide door are improperly used, and the force is too strong; the valve stem is too thick; the valve stem is gradually worn out due to long-term use , Bend or even break. The packing slope material was worn out and leaked.

   3. The valve core of the freezer valve falls off. The yellow card on the valve core is damaged, causing the valve core to separate from the valve stem, and the peripheral core loses control. The valve cannot be opened and closed normally.

  4. The valve seat and valve core damage the welding, iron, sand and other debris in the system. When the refrigeration system is drained, the net is not cleared. The exaggeration of the valve seat is accumulated. When the valve is opened and closed, the alloy on the valve core and the sealing surface of the valve seat are embedded or squeezed by debris, causing spots and scars. Make the internal mud of the valve lose its sealing effect, use too much force during operation, or the tool to switch the valve is too large. The alloy on the valve core is pressed into a deep pit, so the closing is not tight. As the sealing surface is affected by high temperature, the hardness of the bearing alloy on the valve core is reduced, and the sealing effect is severely worn out.

  The reasons for the low flow rate of the water system are as follows:

   1. The resistance of the entire water system is too large (the pipe is too long, the pipe diameter is too small, the diameter of the PPR pipe is hot-melt welded), and it exceeds the pump head.

  2. The water filter is blocked; the opening degree of the valve core of the gate valve; the exhaust air of the water system is not clean, the automatic exhaust valve is broken, and the flow switch problem.

   3. The expansion water tank connected to the return pipe is not filled with water (the height is not enough, it is not the z*max point of the system or the diameter of the water supply pipe is too small).

  4. When multiple units are connected in parallel, the flow of water flowing through each chiller is unevenly distributed and does not match the cooling capacity of a single unit; or there is no check valve installed at the water outlet of each unit.

  5. When the total water storage capacity of the water system pipeline is too small, a water storage tank can be connected to the return pipe of the main engine. When the load is relatively small, the number of starts and stops of the unit can be reduced to achieve energy saving effect.
