Year-end overhaul of compressor equipment in tire service industry

Partial maintenance of oil-water separator

　　The main function of the oil-water separator is to adjust the system pressure and ensure system lubrication. Insufficient system pressure will cause the tire changer to work weakly, and lubrication failure will cause damage to the tire changer cylinder or wasted oil injection.

Maintenance:

　　Pressure adjustment: When the air compressor is at full pressure, pull up the yellow adjustment cap and adjust the pressure in the direction indicated by the adjustment cap. The standard pressure is 8bar-10bar.

　　Lubrication adjustment: Use a flat-blade screwdriver to unscrew the adjustment screw at the upper end of the oil cup, and it is advisable to drop 1-2 drops of oil every three steps.

　　 Note:

　　 1. The oil cup can be filled with SAE30 lubricating oil when the air source is cut off, and the oil volume is 2/3 of the capacity of the oil cup;

　　2. Always drain the water cup of the oil-water separator;

　　 3. All lubricating oil is prohibited from using waste engine oil.
