At the beginning of the measurement, the on-site detector controls the heavy hammer to quickly drop to the surface of the material. Once the hammer hits
the measured material surface (weightlessness), it immediately rises and returns to the position to be measured. The encoder in the detector sends out a
pulse signal corresponding to the displacement of the hammer. After calculation and processing by the computer, the position or relative position of the
material surface is displayed on the controller panel, and at the same time, it outputs the 4-20mA standard instrument signal corresponding to the material
level. Until the beginning of the next cycle, the whole process is started regularly by manual keys or a computer.
