TECO and Taian were merged on September 30, 2003, and TECO is the surviving company. Established in 1988 at Shah Alam, Seksyen 36 Selangor, Taian-Jaya Electric is part of TECO Group which has been serving residential, commercial and industrial customers in Malaysia and global markets.
