SUNX Sensor CX-421-PExcelente servicio al cliente Recibí mi pedido y descubrí que faltaban algunas piezas. Les llamé y hablé con Kaitlin. Me dijo que lo investigaría y se pondría en contacto conmigo. Me envió un correo electrónico el mismo día y me dijo que habían encontrado las piezas que me faltaban y que me las enviarían enseguida. Pero eso no es todo. Me las enviaron de un día para otro. Las recibí al día siguiente. Sé que una empresa es estupenda cuando comete un error y hace lo que sea necesario, sin importarle el coste, para corregirlo.
