Y.S.TECH Fan KM128025HBthe Y.S.TECH Fan KM128025HB is an excellent choice for computer cooling due to its high-performance, low noise level, and affordable price. It was easy to install, and it has kept my computer cool during long gaming sessions. While the Noctua NF-A14 PWM has a higher maximum airflow rate than the Ebmpapst Fan K3G280-AU11-C3, the Ebmpapst fan's higher static pressure makes it better suited for use in cooling systems that require higher resistance to airflow, such as radiators and heatsinks.HelpfulUnhelpful - J
