1-0.27/150 Type High Pressure Air Compressor Troubleshooting Method Fault Features Sound in the crankcase

Possible cause a. The screw and nut of the connecting rod are loose. Whether the big-end bearing of the connecting rod is loose.

Elimination method: a tighten the nut b adjust the gap, tighten the connecting screw of the big end bearing or replace the bearing bush.

2. Fault feature: noise occurs in the cylinder.

Possible reasons: a. Clearance of the cylinder. b. Valve> failure. C. The gap of the spherical bearing in the piston is too large, or the connecting screw is loose.

Elimination method: a check the cylinder clearance, and adjust it. b check the noised air valve, disassemble and check, adjust the bearing clearance and tighten the screws.

3. Fault feature: a strong impact sound suddenly occurs in the cylinder.

Possible reasons: a debris or damaged parts enter the cylinder. b water enters the cylinder.

Elimination method: a check and remove debris. b open the relief valve to remove oil and water. 4. Fault features: the compressor displacement is reduced; the first-stage intake valve and the air filter cap are heated; the first and second-stage pressures drop.

Possible cause: Leakage in the first-stage intake valve.

Elimination method: a. Check the air valve's air and honey property, grind or replace the valve leaf spring with insufficient elasticity, replace the sealing gasket if necessary.

Fault characteristics: compressor discharge volume decreases; first-stage discharge temperature increases; first- and second-stage pressure drops.

Possible cause: Leakage in the primary air outlet valve.

Elimination method: Same as above.

Fault characteristics: the compressor displacement is reduced, and the first and second pressures drop.

Possible cause: The primary piston ring is not sealed.

Elimination method: check the piston ring and replace if necessary.

Fault feature: the compressor displacement is reduced but the first-stage pressure does not drop. Possible cause: The secondary piston ring is not sealed.

Elimination method: Same as above.

Fault characteristics: the compressor displacement decreases and the secondary pressure increases.

Possible cause: Leakage in the three-stage intake valve.

Elimination method: Check the air valve's air honey, grinding or replacing the valve piece

If the spring force is insufficient, replace it, and replace the sealing gasket if necessary.

Fault characteristics: the pressure of the second or third stage drops, the intake pipe or valve cover of this stage heats up, and the pressure of the previous stage increases. Possible cause: The intake valve of this stage is leaking.

Fault characteristics: the second or third stage pressure drops, and the exhaust temperature of this stage rises.

Possible cause: The outlet valve of this stage is leaking.

Fault features: carbon deposits on the piston and cylinder wall.

Elimination method: Lubricating oil of specified brand should be used.

Fault feature: The cylinder is overheated, but the pressure is normal.

Possible cause: insufficient cooling water supply.

Elimination method: Check whether the water pump is leaking, and replace the water pump sealing gasket if necessary.

Fault feature: bearing overheating.

Possible cause: lack of lubricant.

Elimination method: check the amount of oil, add lubricating oil, and replace the lubricating oil regularly according to the instructions.
