  2. Frequently check whether there are sundries or even conductive objects in the compressor motor, whether the coil is damaged, whether the stator and rotor are rubbed, otherwise the motor will burn out after the motor is started;

  3. Gas storage tanks, coolers, and oil-water separators must always release oil and water;

  4. Carefully check the sound of the cylinders and moving parts at all levels, and distinguish whether it is working normally according to the "listening". If abnormal sounds are found, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection;

  5. Pay attention to whether the motor temperature rise, bearing temperature, voltmeter, and ammeter indicate normal conditions. The current must not exceed the rated current of the motor. If it exceeds, find the cause or shut down for inspection;

   9. Touch with your hand and check whether the temperature of the suction and exhaust flaps at the cross guide rail of the crankcase of the fuselage is normal;

   10. The lubricating machine used should be precipitated and filtered. The compressor oil should be used differently in winter and summer;

  11. If it is a compressor of a water-cooled industrial chiller, water cannot be supplied immediately after the water is cut off to avoid cylinder cracks due to uneven heating and cooling. After the shutdown in winter, the cooling water should be discharged to avoid freezing and cracking of the cylinder and other places;

  12. Pay attention to the sanitation of the compressor and its equipment;

  13. Check whether the compressor vibrates and whether the anchor bolts are loose or fall off;
