1. For returns due to your reasons, you need to contact the logistics supplier to send back the purchased products, and you need to bear the return shipping costs. After we receive the returned products, we will refund the amount you paid (minus the payment processing fee).
2. For returns due to quality issues, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the products. If you find any damage to the products upon receipt, please take photos of the damaged products and contact customer service promptly.
Note: Please do not choose cash-on-delivery for shipping. In such cases, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
