Check Order Status

Your order will have the following status: All Orders, Unpaid, Unshipped, Waiting for Receipt.

If you wish to track the real-time logistics information of your items, you can log in to your account and go to the "My Order" section in the personal center of the mall. Locate the order with the status "Waiting for Receipt" and click on the "Logistics" button to view the logistics information for that specific order.

Please note that if your package is shipped by sea, the logistics information may not update in real-time due to the longer transit time compared to express or air freight. Please wait patiently. If there is no update after 30 days, please contact customer service in time.
