Air conditioner repair-come here
I learned from a senior air conditioner repairer that we can judge the general failure of the air conditioner by observing the characteristics and operation of the air conditioner. For example, many air conditioner repairers observe the pressure gauge, thermometer, etc. and their reactions To judge the failure of the air conditioner, these observation methods are the easiest, fastest and easiest method for the masters. The following editor summarizes the methods accumulated by the air-conditioning maintenance masters, and gives a specific introduction and shares with everyone.
1, pressure gauge detection method
pressure gauge detection method is to observe the pressure on the suction and discharge sides of the compressor when the air conditioner is running through the pressure gauge, and analyze and judge the location of the fault based on the pressure value of the gauge and the corresponding temperature value.
The temperature value corresponding to the pressure is not only related to the ambient temperature value, but also related to the condensation method of the air conditioner. The air cooling method is usually used in the air conditioner. The higher the air condensation temperature, the higher the exhaust pressure, the higher the condensation temperature, and vice versa. The lower.
The suction pressure has little to do with the discharge pressure, but it has a close relationship with the room load. If the cooling load of the room is large, the suction pressure will rise, which corresponds to the evaporation temperature (normal evaporation temperature is between 5-7 degrees Celsius) ) Also increases, otherwise it is low. If the pressure or temperature exceeds or falls below the pressure value of the gauge, it is regarded as an abnormal phenomenon.
2. Detection method of temperature difference between inlet and outlet air
The temperature difference detection method of inlet and outlet air temperature is mainly used to detect the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the evaporator. Use two glass tube thermometers to hang on the inlet and outlet of the evaporator, the difference is between 8-13 degrees Celsius When the cooling performance is good.
But the temperature difference is random, and the size of the fan varies. If the selected fan is large, the air volume is large, the temperature difference is small, and the selected fan is small, the air volume is small, and the temperature difference is greater. The size of the air volume also directly affects the size of the noise. When detecting the inlet and outlet air temperatures of different types of evaporator groups, it should also be combined with the technical indicators of the tested air conditioner.
3, suction pipe condensation detection method
The suction pipe condensation detection method is mainly used to observe the degree of condensation of the compressor suction pipe. Under normal working conditions, the return pipe of the reciprocating compressor should be completely dew from the end of the compressor suction pipe. The return pipe of the rotary compressor The accumulator to the side of the compressor should be fully dew, and the amount of refrigerant should be moderate. Once there is no condensation or condensation in the evaporator, it can be judged that the refrigerant is insufficient or the capillary tube and the expansion valve are slightly blocked. On the contrary, if condensation reaches half of the compressor shell, it means that the refrigerant is overcharged.
4, sight glass detection method
The sight glass detection method is to observe the flow state of the refrigerant through the sight glass equipped on the infusion pipeline of the refrigeration system, and then analyze and judge whether the refrigeration system is faulty. If the liquid refrigerant is observed through the sight glass, no bubbles appear. , It means that the refrigerant is sufficient. If there are bubbles at the inlet, it means that the refrigerant is slightly lacking. If the bubbles are continuous, it is judged that the refrigerant is insufficient: if the glass filled with liquid or even the compressor half shell is dew, it means Excessive refrigerant, if no liquid can be seen through the sight glass, it means that all refrigerant leaks.
5. Dripping water detection method
The dripping detection method is mainly used to observe the condition of the condensate discharged from the indoor unit when the air conditioner is in refrigeration. In summer, if the air conditioner drips continuously, it is normal. If there is only a little or no water dripping for a long time, it means that the refrigerant is insufficient or there are other malfunctions. At the same time, pay attention to the moisture content in the surrounding environment.
6, fault indicator code detection method
The fault indicator code detection method is mainly based on the fault indicator light, flashing, and code to judge the fault. The window air conditioner is controlled by a computer board, and the split air conditioner indoor electric control board is controlled by a microcomputer. The control system and the electric protector will automatically cut off The power supply and the air conditioner stop working, and the fault indicator light is on or flashing to remind the maintenance personnel of the fault location of the air conditioner. When the fault is eliminated, the indicator light is off and the code disappears.
