Keep the original indoor heat exchangers, such as ceiling pipes in the warehouse, quick-freezing shelves, air coolers, spiral evaporator tubes in the ice making system and other heat exchange evaporator equipment, but replace the main refrigeration equipment with our company’s dedicated refrigeration unit ; Preparation of low-temperature carrier refrigerant to the indoor heat exchanger for heat exchange, so as to reach the set temperature. It has the characteristics of simple construction, short conversion period, convenient pipeline and low cost. The temperature range can be from +15°C to -70°C. Indirect refrigeration by refrigerant carrier, there are no problems such as difficulty in oil return, easy leakage of refrigerant, difficult to detect leaks, uneven liquid distribution in the direct evaporation system; only regular maintenance of the refrigeration host is required, with low failure rate and repair Cost saving. The equipment can realize energy adjustment from 10% to 100% according to the actual load of the cold storage. At the same time, the liquid is supplied by the refrigerating pump. There are no problems such as pressure loss, cold capacity loss, and difficult control of parameters; its controllability is strong, so the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio is high.

  The second type: the original ammonia refrigeration system is changed to a fluorine barrel pump liquid supply refrigeration system

Suitable for all kinds of refrigeration systems such as spiral quick freezers, tunnel type single freezers, air-cooled quick freezers, etc., or replace the original ammonia cold storage piping with a fluorine piping system. The reformed refrigeration system has high energy efficiency and stable system , Convenient management and other features.

   The third type: the original ammonia refrigeration system is changed to a small air-cooled Freon refrigeration system

   Some workshop air conditioners and small cold storages for ammonia systems use small air-cooled Freon refrigeration systems. The refrigeration system is simple, the failure rate is low, each system is mutually opposed, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

   The fourth type: the original ammonia refrigeration system is changed to the ammonia system as the cold source and the ethylene glycol enters the terminal system

   Keep the original cold source unchanged, and supply the terminal air cooler by adding a horizontal evaporator and a glycol water pump. This is also the most affordable transformation program at present.
